Good technique and confidence with tools are essential to good woodturning. You will learn which tools to use and when, the various grinds and profiles available and how to handle the tools safely - Fundamental principles which will give you the confidence to go on to develop new skills and undertake more advanced projects.

An informal course to get you started with the focus on completing one or two simple projects with a few of the most commonly used tools.

An intensive wood turning course covering the use & sharpening of the main turning tools including the skew chisel. The focus is very much on pure technique & tool use.
